Who we are
This website belongs to JBHomecare Limited, trading as JBHomecare Roofing Services. We are the data controller for any personal details you send us. Our address is Stoney Ridge, Langport Road, Taunton, TA3 6BZ and you can email us at jbhomecare@hotmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. If you fill in the enquiry form on our contact page, we receive your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), the type of job and your message. If you phone or email us directly, we see the number or address you contact us from.
How the form works
When you press send, the form passes your details to a service called FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards them to us as an email. FormSubmit handles the details only to deliver that email.
What we use it for
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, send a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. We don't sell your details, pass them on for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Website statistics
Our website host records basic visitor statistics such as pages viewed, device type and country. We use these only to see how the site is used, not to identify anyone.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected, or have them deleted. Just email jbhomecare@hotmail.com and we'll sort it out.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
